GG founder, Ross Loveland, had a love for entrepreneurship from a young age, reading dozens of business books and constantly writing down startup ideas. Eventually, Ross founded Grow Green Profit Advisors in 2017, which continues to service clients today with financial coaching and proactive bookkeeping. As Ross worked with small business owners at Grow Green, he began to see a common issue they faced. Many owners had a clear vision of where they wanted their business to be, but they felt like they were juggling too many balls, running from task to task, totally unsure how to get where they wanted to go. Then Ross learned about Mike Michalowicz’s book, Fix This Next, which is all about helping entrepreneurs identify their “Vital Need” and then apply the fix. Ross connected with the message so much that he joined the very first group of Fix This Next advisors and became fully certified in the methodology.
